Finally, someone told me what the actual issues is. I mean I was able to research and find out, but SunTrust finally has admitted it… sort of.
I received a letter from the Federal Reserve, saying that SunTrust has violated a Massachusetts code and this is the reason why I was forced to refinance. This code is called the Predatory Lending Act!
SunTrust is a predatory Lender! Do not bank with them.
