So this may not sound like a big deal to my readers, but I was able to obtain the copy of the check that I paid for closing costs!!! SunTrust has maintained that they paid closing costs. I may try to post it later. They have no reason to deny the rescission now.
Just to refresh readers, SunTrust is a predatory lender. They violated the Massachusetts Predatory lending act. They then covered up this predatory loan. They have been given several chances to do the right thing, but refuse. It has been a year since they were first notified.
