There must be something they are not telling me. The latest denial is because I show a loss with my rental income. HUH!?!?! The regulation clearly states that GROSS rental income is to be used.
Further, this is laughable. The reason I show a loss is because of Mortgage interest, taxes, and insurance! I deduct my expenses just like every other homeowner. It is obvious that they are intentionally denying me.
