I am back again. I took a break from posting while I applied for the Making Home Affordable Modification. I thought that SunTrus would actually help me obtain this modification. Wow, was I wrong. SunTrust continued to come up with excuses as to why I did not qualify for the modification. Every time I would give them new information as to why I did qualify, they would come up with new information.
I have completed my report to the Mass division of banks and I am going to send it out today. I have contacted my Congressman and local State Senator.

After talking with them, I doubt they are helping anyone. While my negotiator was extremely nice, I think she is getting directives from other places. SunTrust is a predatory lender. If you have SunTrust as a servicer or lender, check EVERYTHING!
