So this may not sound like a big deal to my readers, but I was able to obtain the copy of the check that I paid for closing costs!!! SunTrust has maintained that they paid closing costs. I may try to post it later. They have no reason to deny the rescission now.

1. Return all interest from both loans (since you couldn’t have a second loan without the first loan) from the date of discovery until now. SunTrust fails to recognize that counseling was reaquired as part of this loan.
